Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1st October 2024

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of hair systems provided by

Toupe or not ltd trading as Ego X Clinic ('Company', 'we', 'us', 'our'). By placing an order or using our services,

you ('Customer', 'you', 'your') agree to be bound by these terms.

1.1 'Hair System' means any hairpiece, toupee, wig, or hair replacement system

supplied by the Company.

1.2 'Specification' means the detailed description of the Hair System including base, hair

type, colour, density, and style as agreed upon.

2. Orders and Product Availability

2.1 We will endeavour to fulfill your exact specification. However, if the exact Hair

System is not available, we may supply a similar system, which may have a different

base or other variations.

2.2 Any alternative Hair System supplied will be presented to you for approval prior to

fitting.

3. Fitting and Acceptance

3.1 Once the Hair System has been shown to you, you have approved it, and it has

been fitted, the sale is considered final. No refunds or cancellations will be given.

3.2 For replacement or additional Hair Systems provided as part of a resolution or

exchange, approval and fitting of any one system constitutes acceptance of the entire

arrangement. Partial refunds or returns for unfitted systems are not permitted.

4. Alternative Systems and Refunds

4.1 If we purchase an alternative Hair System (including as a replacement) on your

behalf, no refund will be given even if we do not fit it. This applies to all systems in a

multi-system replacement or exchange.

4.2 All sales, including replacements and exchanges, are final after approval. Custom,

made-to-order, or specially sourced Hair Systems are non-refundable and non-

returnable.

4.3 No partial refunds will be issued for any portion of an order, including when multiple

systems are supplied or fitted.

5. Payments

5.1 A 50% deposit is required upon ordering. The remaining balance is due upon fitting.
